Returns

At Araz Sports, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Custom Products

Products that are customized with logos, branding, or special designs may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the agreed payment method.

Exchanges

If a product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or incorrect item sent.
